Sum Studios brings together arts, business and community in three carefully restored Sheffield landmarks. The aim is for our amazing community to work, play, make, and meet here; we are part of a living, breathing city story, a thriving place made of all kinds of people.
Sum Studios is the vision of Heeley Trust which transformed the derelict Victorian Grade II Anne’s Grove School into a thriving mixed office block which opened in 2013. Our vision is to help and grow start-ups, freelancers and independent companies in the cultural, community and creative sectors.
For over 10 years it has been the home to 200 individuals and 75+ local businesses.

The judges cited that our work on Petronella House demonstrated the high quality of finish across conservation, refurbishment, interiors, architecture and landscape. Posted @withregram • @amykilnerofficial STORY TIME 🚗💫✈️ I get asked a lot how I ended up self employed as a graphic designer. I guess in short… I just kept going, I always aimed to be better every single day and not give in when things did not go to plan. It has definitely not been smooth sailing.
Being freelance gives me the flexibility to take on projects I see fit, I can meet tight deadlines as well as taking that extra time to learn a new trick or piece of software for certain projects.
I could’ve made my life a lot easier by staying in the same job but if i had done that I wouldn’t be doing what I do today providing (what I aim to be) top tier 2D & 3D creative content for DJs, Brands, Events and more.

This stunning @kateguinnessdesign kitchen to me, is kitchen perfection. The soft and dreamy powdery pink and blue complimented by the timeless Carrara marble and grounded by the timber high level cabinets. The gentle eclecticism of the cabinet style and the Italian glass lights and the relaxed, vintage feel of the furnishings. It’s an interior masterpiece and a lovely thing to gaze at, at the end of the week.
