J Squared Quantity Surveying was formed in early 2020 by Jamie Patten and James Spurr after working together at a previous employer for 7 years.
After successfully navigating the Covid 19 lockdowns, the business has gone from strength to strength, expanding it’s client base, working on projects throughout Sheffield and South Yorkshire, Chesterfield, Nottingham, York and London.
J Squared have experience of working in a variety of construction sectors. Residential developments, education, leisure and hotels, industrial, refurbishment and restoration, health, community projects and transport.
We have developed a particular specialism for architecturally designed bespoke residential projects, having completed a number of these successful over the years and have access to a wealth of cost data to benchmark future projects against.
We are keen to provide a high level of service to our clients which is based around trust and communication.
